This idea has probably been done before... I was trying to do something that was J.M.W Turner-like and but to my dismay yet again, I couldn't get to work. But I do like how this came out for the most part. Anyways, enjoy!
Joel, this is great! You should see some of my first digital works, these are light years ahead. Plus, you can never go wrong with being inspired by Turner. Photoshop or Painter?
