There is nothing here,

All I see is a blur,

With everyday draws near.

I lay here... waiting,

My mind... restless,

Thoughts of sorrow amass.

Wondering when,

If fate permits,

That pain will come to past.

For I am dying,

Alone it seems,

From a time of once we shared

The Path

This piece is meant to be viewed as a diptych (duh).

The Sound

As life turns its pages,

I lay here in the sound.

With every strike,

every pick, every capture of a note,

the sound becomes a journey.

A journey where the book of life stands still,

and I become the author.

The Samurai

So it is....

the samurai embraces his destiny.

One of knowing unrest.......

and the path to serenity.

Will it ever be found?
