Its that time of year...

So its been quite a long time since I posted. Since last time I finished teacher's college, and have been slowly getting into the festive mood (even though today is Christmas). Now that Teacher's College is done, I hope to post more new work on this blog, and really expand and improve on my art portfolio.

Desertscape Sketch

Its been quite a long time since I posted something here. Come to think of it, its been a while since I created artwork for myself (or artwork that is post-worthy). Well I stumbled upon some cool photoshop brushes that I wanted to try out. And I thought since its been a while, I thought I post something here. Things are hectic nowadays, but through these times its comforting to know that I can always go back to creating artwork in some shape or form. Anyways, enjoy!

Sensor Light

So I love how the sensor light just illuminates the whole area. What might be used as a preventive measure for burglars, could be seen as a contribution to artistic creativity hehe. Anyways, enjoy!

New Point-and-Shoot

So I decided to get a point-and-shoot for when I go to friend's events, on walks, or even when i'm traveling (whenever that will happen hehe). I'm not gonna do an in-depth review of the camera, I just wanted to post this picture cause I haven't posted in a while, and its a delicious shot....mmmmm. Anways, enjoy!

Photo Break/Swing moment

I always liked the whole bokeh effect that is used in photography. After failing to make a bokeh cover (mind you this was all in the span of say, 5 minutes), I just decided to do the old fashion way through Photoshop. Though I did like using the circles in the foreground as well. I hope to try again, making a bokeh hood. Anyways, enjoy!

An Idea That Got Lost in the Darkness

So this is an idea I had for a Contest held by Ubisoft where they would select character sketches for an Assassin's Creed Artbook, showing various Character renditions of the Assassin. I had like a Caveman- type Assassin, with a eagle skull for the hood. Unfortunately, I was really busy at the time and I couldn't enter the contest with a finished work. Ah well, just keep moving forward I guess. Anyways, enjoy!
